DCF’s annual Christmas for Kids campaign runs from November 1 to December 31. If you file Colorado taxes and contribute at least $1,000 (up to $100,000) you’ll also qualify for a direct tax credit – 50% of your donation. Your contribution helps children in need at the holidays and all year long.

The Legacy Grant is YOUR grant, honoring you, your family, your family member or friend or colleague, or your organization. Contribute a minimum of $10,000 annually for at least 3 years and you’ll select from our pre-qualified recipient slate to place your name on a designated grant. Checks are always in style! If you’d like to mail a check contribution, please make it out to the Denver Children’s Foundation and mail it to PO Box 202684, Denver, CO 80230. Reference the DCF member you’d like to recognize in the “memo” section of the check.

Want to build on a legacy of success? DCF Legacy members (alumni of DCF) set up a donor-advised endowment with seed funding. The fund supports DCF operational infrastructure and capacity building through an annual grant funded with endowment interest, preserving principal for endowment growth. Check it out and contact the fund managers to contribute.

Got a vehicle you don’t need and want a tax deduction? We receive cash value for your donated vehicle – no matter what shape it’s in. Securities Donation

A gift of appreciated stock/securities is a secure and expedient way to offer your support. Administered by brokerage Raymond James, just download and follow the instructions. Once the transfer of your appreciated stock shares is complete, DCF converts them to cash. Note: Securities donations are NOT Child Care Tax Credit eligible.
